Care in Action’s Arizona work began in 2020 and in our first year on the ground, we elected 4 of our 7 endorsed women of color candidates. We made history by helping win the state for President Biden and our first woman and first Black and South Asian Vice President, Kamala Harris. Since then, we’ve been organizing with women of color and domestic workers for care infrastructure in Arizona and across the country.
